This committee once again gets to decide the fate of medical marijuana in Alabama. Please give them a call and urge them to support HB-315, The Alabama Medical Exemption Act.

This is unjust denying so many people ( plus me ) medication that is grown in earth that can help better thank this medication perscribed by a doctor.
Agreed!
A sad day for truth and prosperity in Alabama.

Look at the states where its legal and notice how there is no debt. The taxes will better our school and police task force. Oh it goes without saying it is a plant from God that helps with all types of pain. As other states prosper from this, we, Alabama have to suffer and get it illegally when i have had 4 Dr.s tell me to smoke weed for my back pain.
I would love to see Alabama do something positive for once that will not send us two steps back. We need this! It will bring in money and jobs and will save lives! I suffer from depression and broderline disorder. I smoke cannabis as an anti-depressant; a sleep aide; and as a mood stabilizer. It helps with my ADD and my appetite. It is such an amazing plant and I am grateful that I was introduced to it. Keep up the good work you guys!
THCV, 17 CBDs, CBDV, THCA,and CBC and CBG. The healing properties are mind blowing !!!
I suffer from depression, peripheral neuropathy, take mood stabilizers, take a benzodiazepine to sleep and suffer the side effects that go with the prescription medications. I’ve take so many prescriptions over the past 25 years it’s unbelievable. God only knows what damage they have done to my liver and other organs. We should not be punished for using a God-given plant that is much better for our health. There is no higher power than God. No one has the right to deny what God has given us. Genesis 1:29, 1Timothy 4:1-16
I would welcome the use of marijuana in lieu of all these prescription drugs and their many side-effects. I don’t even know how to get it.
